Vincent Horne
Owner/Operator and Sole-Proprietor of Horne Low Voltage.
Vincent moved down to the South Phoenix Area in May of 2025 to be closer to family. His background consists of nearly 8 years of on the Job training while simultaneously completing a variety of certifications and schooling in the electrical field. He started with a 4-year Electrical Apprenticeship through Stratford University, and spent the last 4 years working as a Low Voltage Foreman at various companies. Having started business in 2026, we are looking to grow into the Phoenix, Tempe, Goodyear and surrounding areas. We are licensed with the state of Arizona, we hold a BICSI Level 1 Certification as well as other various certifications, and we hold Professional and General Liability Insurances through ERGO Next Insurance.
